Below are the terms you automatically agree to by purchasing artwork from me. Please read through them entirely and carefully, as the violation of any of these terms will result in the cancellation of your commission.

To commission me, I ask that you are 18+.

I am comfortable with feral, anthro, and human characters (alongside any representation of gender, body type, etc). I am also okay with drawing weapons and mild violence or gore. I will NOT draw fetish content (even if it is SFW) or offensive material. For anything else, feel free to inquire!

General Terms

I may decline your commission request for any reason.
Please provide visual references to represent any character that I am not already familiar with. Anything I design from scratch may incur a $10+ fee, depending on complexity.
If I contact you about a commission slot and you fail to reply within 7 days, your slot will be forfeited and passed on to someone else.
Please allow me up to 24 hours to respond to any inquiries via DMs or email. If a day has passed without any response, I encourage you to send a reminder!
These Terms are subject to change at any time.

Payment

All payments are processed via PayPal invoice in $USD. I will send the invoice to you; thus, providing an email address is required.
I require full payment upfront within 2 days of receiving your invoice; for any order over $75, however, you are welcome to ask for a payment plan (will vary on individual basis).
Commission requests that include exceedingly complex designs or deadlines are subject to additional fees. Such fees will be discussed with you before payment is settled.

Process

At any time, you are free to ask about the status of your commission.
I send preliminary sketches to all of my commissioners (typically before payment occurs), and I highly encourage you to redline / draw over this preliminary sketch if you have the means to do so. Any modifications should be discussed during this stage, as you cannot change the content of your commission in any major way once payment is completed.
Turnaround time varies between days to a max of 2 months after payment is completed, depending on the size and content of the commission. I often work in the sequential order of slots (as seen on my Trello), as well.
You cannot request major changes to your commission after it has been completed (i.e. full pose / outfit / background changes).

Usage

Personal use of your commission as icons, profile decoration, etc. is welcomed! I only ask that you credit me (@Trunswicked) in some way.
I may display any commissioned work on social media or my website / portfolio. However, you may request that your commission be kept private.
You may not claim your commissioned work as your own or redistribute it for reproduction (but printing it for yourself is fine). You may not use it for any commercial projects, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Regarding NFTs and AI usage:

Usage of your commissioned artwork for any advertising or profits associated with NFTs or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
Additionally, you may not feed or distribute any part of your commission to any AI model or tool.

Refunding

I do NOT issue refunds for any completed piece; however, a refund may be requested during the commission process, in which case I will refund you depending on the piece’s stage of completion. An illustration in the sketch stage will receive an 80% refund, 60% in the lineart stage, 40% in the coloring stage, etc.
A refund may also be issued if the commissioner fails to communicate over a long period of time, engages in rude or harsh behavior, or otherwise violates my Terms, with the same rates outlined above.
You will NOT receive any WIP files if a refund is issued.
If I am unable to complete the work due to personal obstacles (health issues, etc.) you will receive a full refund.
